因為case需要又裝了一次WP時，
install的過程中出現了.....

這個問題其實是PHP沒有設定時區
只要在php.ini裡頭修改date.timezone參數就可以了
; 修改前 ;date.timezone= ; 修改後 date.timezone=Asia/Taipei
